The Westlake Ladies Golf Association (WLGA) welcomes all lady golf members of Westlake Country Club (WCC) to join us for fun, friendship, and friendly competition. Our membership also includes former LGA members who may no longer be players or members of WCC. We play most Wednesday mornings throughout the year.
Annual dues are just $50. Complete and submit the interest form below and one of our members will reach out to you.
PLAY DAYS
PLAY DAYS
Two or three Wednesdays each month are "Play Days" where everyone can have fun regardless of skill level. Each week is a new game - some are team games and some are based on your individual score. It's a great way to learn the rules and gain confidence by playing with more experienced lady golfers who want you to enjoy golf as much as we do. Each Play Day has a voluntary wager of $3 per week, with same-day payouts for Low Net, Low Gross, Chip-ins and Birdies. Don't want to wager? Can't stay for 18 holes? No problem, just have fun playing.
ACE DAYS
ACE DAYS
The first Wednesday of each month from January through September is "Ace Day." This is an individual stroke play game, with players competing to win Low Net (ACE), Low Gross, or Low Putts and qualify to compete in the Ace of the Year Tournament in November. A GHIN handicap is required to participate - doesn't matter what the number is but you'll play to a 36 maximum. The voluntary wager is $3 with same-day payouts for Low Net (Ace), Low Gross, and Low Putts. By the end of the season, everyone has a good chance of qualifying for the tournament.

Each year eight Tournaments are scheduled. Most have a $15 entry fee, and a voluntary wager of $5 for closest to the pin on two holes, and $1 for chip ins. A GHIN handicap is required to participate - doesn't matter what the number is but you'll play to a 36 maximum.

In addition to playing golf together, we hold several social events throughout the year including the Christmas party in a member home.
